We have the Oki c5500 and have the starter cartridge which I refilled with your kit. But I can not get the unit to reset. I tryed the white piece of paper on the side. But this does not work. I also tryed to reset the counter but can not find a way through the menues. Could you please advise. We are ready to do a big printing and our production is held up. Please advise.
